Thickness gauge DM 2005
The DM 2005 thickness gauge is a precise, easy-to-use and professional thickness gauge for determining the thickness of various materials. The most common test materials include textiles, nonwovens, geomaterials, paper, floor coverings, leather, foils and rubber. It is manufactured from a stable and robust housing. The DM 2005 is your choice if you value precise resolution (up to 0.001 mm), high measuring accuracy, semi-automatic processing, good handling and permanently reproducible and objective results.
The thickness gauge can be used for different standards by using different measuring surfaces and load masses. The modular design means that customer-specific requirements can also be implemented.
Features:
Possible measuring ranges: 0-10, 0-25, 0-50, 0-100 mm Resolution: 0,01 mm bis 0,001 mm Measuring surface: to 400 cm² Measuring pressure min. : 2 kPa with a measuring surface of 1 cm² (20 g mass) Measuring pressure max. : 500 kPa with a measuring surface of 1 cm² (5000 g mass) Feeler movement: automatically Operation: Footswitch Interface: USB Dimension: 260 x 180 x 400 mm (L x B x H) Weight approx.: 21 Kg Operating voltage: 24V / 5V (USB) | The reproducible measurement results are achieved by the constant measuring force over the entire measuring range. Thanks to the motorized probe movement, you can easily measure materials of different heights with the DM 2005. The DM 2005 thickness gauge complies with ISO, EN, DIN standards or your own test requirements. It is operated by pressing the foot switch, which causes the measuring surface to move upwards. This opens the measuring range and the sample can be inserted. As soon as the foot switch is no longer pressed, the measuring surface moves at a constant speed (2.5 cm/min.) onto the inserted sample. Once the measuring surface is in contact with the sample, the mechanics are decoupled. This means that only the set measuring force acts at the measuring point without being influenced by external factors. We are happy to check and implement other operating modes, deviating from the standard, by arrangement. |
